Payment
If you place your order with us by phone or email, we can set up the following payment methods for you: Bank transfer/prepayment or PayPal payment.
In our online shop, you can choose from the following payment methods: Bank transfer/prepayment, Credit card (Mastercard/Visa/Maestro), PayPal, Instant bank transfer, PayDirekt, Klarna installment payment, and Klarna invoice purchase.
Additionally, we offer the option of purchasing on account (ONLY available for cities, municipalities, and public services). For this, we require the order in written form via email.
For self-collection, you can pay on-site in cash, by EC card, or credit card.

Private customers can choose to purchase on account via Klarna. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer purchasing on account for businesses. However, cities, municipalities, and public services can place orders directly on account with us. For this, we require the order in written form (email or fax).

You can process installment payments through Klarna.
When making your payment in the online shop, you can already set up an installment payment plan for 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. You will pay fixed installments monthly. If you pay less than the amount specified in the plan, these installments will become flexible payments, and the installment payment conditions will change.
The first installment is due one month after the shipment of the goods.

The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address known to us within 24 hours after the goods have been shipped. If you wish, you can also request the invoice at any time by phone or email.

You can enter your tax number during the ordering process. The system will verify it in real-time and issue a tax-free invoice upon positive validation. You can then pay this invoice using your preferred payment method.

For non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), the VAT will be automatically deducted during the ordering process, allowing you to see the tax-free invoice amount. You can then pay this amount using your preferred payment method.
