Top 3 Questions
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your purchase.
If payment is received by 2:00 pm, the goods will be shipped the same day. Upon shipment, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation from us. In the evening following shipment, you will receive an email from the parcel service GLS with the shipping status and an approximate delivery time frame.
If your order is shipped via a freight carrier, you will promptly receive an SMS or email from the partner with proposed delivery dates. If you need the goods at a specific time, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone in advance.
