How do I know that my tent is available?

You can check the availability of your desired tent in our online shop under the "Availability" section for the respective item. Tents that are ready for immediate shipment will be dispatched promptly after order placement and receipt of payment by 2:00 pm on weekdays⁴. Pre-orderable tents are indicated with a delivery time and will be dispatched on the specified date. Please note that this is an approximate indication, and the shipment may occur slightly earlier or later. Typically, the exact time is provided. In any case, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.
