Ordering
You are welcome to place your order directly through our online shop or by calling our service hotline (+49 611/ 73 66 97 97 / Monday-Saturday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm). For online orders, simply add the desired products to your cart and provide the billing and shipping address at the checkout, along with your preferred payment method. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your purchase. If payment is received by 2:00 pm, the goods will be shipped the same day. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In the evening following shipment, you will receive an email from the parcel service GLS with the shipping status and an approximate delivery time frame.
If your order is shipped with a freight carrier, you will typically receive an SMS or email from the partner the following day with proposed delivery dates. If you require the goods at a specific time, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone in advance.

All orders placed on stabilezelte.de are generally shipped free of charge nationwide within Germany. Therefore, there are no additional costs for shipping. Optionally, we offer an express service. Additional express fees apply, which are specified in the respective item description. Additional shipping costs apply for shipments abroad. These can be found in the respective offer or are available upon request.

You can check the availability of your desired tent in our online shop under the "Availability" section for the respective item.
Tents that are ready for immediate shipment will be dispatched promptly after order placement and receipt of payment by 2:00 pm on weekdays⁴. Pre-orderable tents are indicated with a delivery time and will be dispatched on the specified date. Please note that this is an approximate indication, and the shipment may occur slightly earlier or later. Typically, the exact time is provided. In any case, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us.
