Guarantee and warranty
As a private individual, you have a warranty of 2 years from the receipt of your order. This warranty applies to the condition upon delivery. In the event of damage caused by external factors or if there were pre-existing damages due to external influences of any kind, the warranty is void. Additionally, if the products are used for purposes other than their intended use or if they are manipulated, the warranty is also void.

We offer you a spare parts repurchase guarantee⁵ of 10 years. This means that from the date of purchase, you have the opportunity to purchase all spare parts for your purchased product for at least 10 years at fair conditions.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the available spare parts. However, they will always be compatible with your purchased product.

We offer a 5-year warranty against rusting⁵. If during this period a pole or connector rusts, you will receive a free replacement from us. Details can be found in our warranty terms.
